If we can’t accommodate your request, we’ll cover the cost of the repair up to the value of $500. Please note that if the repair is less than $500 that there is no additional money paid out to you.
Receive up to 10% off any service type work. This includes the servicing of toilets and tapware. Please note that 10% discounts won’t be applied to replacement type works i.e. replacing of a Hot Water System, Drain Repairs or Pipe Relining type works.
Receive up to 5% off any replacement type work. This includes a hot water system replacement. Drain repair or pipe relining type works.
Never pay a same day emergency call out fee during normal business hours of 7am-4pm Monday to Friday. Please note there will be a reduced call out fee for after hours work of $95.00. This is usually valued at $280.00.
We’ll perform an annual CCTV drain inspection on your stormwater and sewer system. Please note that we can only perform the CCTV inspections from an accessible drain entry point and in some cases, we can’t see branch lines due to access. CCTV work only and if cleaning is required, further costs will be quoted up front.
If you are an active VIP Member with us and as long as the yearly inspections are performed, we can apply extended warranties on our work as per the original invoice. Please note that if you are an inactive member, these extended warranties will not apply.
